Manufacturer Warranty
Warranty Cover:
This Manufacturer Warranty covers products purchased directly through the Channel Sockets Website (www.channelsocket.com). If you have purchased one of our products through one of our Distributors please review their product warranty policy. If there are any problems, you can Contact Us and we will advise you the best we can.
Coverage Period:
The manufacturer warranty for any of the Channel Socket Products is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
Covered Items:
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The manufacturer will repair or replace, at its discretion, any sockets proven to be defective during the coverage period.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches or dents.
Claim Process:
If you believe your Channel Socket product is experiencing an issue covered by this warranty, please contact the manufacturer’s sales at sales@channelsocket.com. A proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue will be required.
Any Purchases of Channel Socket Products not directly purchased off this website must follow the individual distributor’s return policies. The distributor will need evidence and Proof of purchase to make a claim back to us in the event of a broken/faulty socket.
Resolution Options:
Upon validation of a warranty claim, the manufacturer may, at its discretion:
- Replace the product with a new unit of the same or comparable model.
Limitation of Liability:
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Transferability:
This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Additional Terms:
- The manufacturer reserves the right to change the terms of this warranty without prior notice.
